Close, "officially" it's 270 lb at 138. I been trying to nail out 280 lb, just I guess not there, yet. I did get 290 lb on a smith machine once, but that doesn't count, though it looked kind of cool with 6 plates. Someone asked my friend there, "what the hell does he eat?". I'll be posting a lot more 'stunts' to come, hopefully some videos, too.
Was nice playing with you at the festival. Haven't done any more cartwheels since I'm home. :>) Sure, I can send a picture or two and other requested info. Don't have any right now, but I'll get some taken. Helpful for people to know you can build muscle as a LFRV. My fitness just keeps improving.

Mike, it was good meeting you and your family as well. I just rode out hurricane Irene here in Long Island NY, and what a ride it was! I always thought that since I had a motorhome I could just side-step any hurricane that came my way, but such was not the case this time. We just got power and internet access back, and tomorrow hopefully my RV will be ready. Then it's on to Georgia for a talk, and then back down to warmer weather.

Please keep me posted of your fitness progress and let me know if
if you need any help in the future. I can't stress how important it is to do
the exs I showed you and fix your right vs. left imbalances, esp in your chest
muscles. This will make you stronger and less injury prone for sure! Just to make sure
you have them right, I've included an attachment to help guide you.
