Hey everyone, am booked for Woodstock with my husband and the flight we are thinking of booking from the UK would get us at JFK airport for 1.20pm and we want to catch the Woodstock coach at 2pm. Too risky? Any ideas or advice would be welcome. Can't wait to go! :) x

Dear Sheldon,

Thank you for your comment.

Unfortunately, the bus is unable to wait for more than a few minutes.

We book the bus from a coach company, and they are on quite a strict timetable and are unable to wait more than a few minutes over the scheduled departure time.

We plan to have a contact person on each bus, so if you are delayed by just a few minutes, you can phone the contact person, and the bus will be able to wait for you.

For longer delays, the bus will be unable to wait.

So, ideally, it would be good if you leave yourself a bit of leeway between the arrival of your flight and the departure of the bus.

And maybe have a back-up plan with  public transport in case your flight is very delayed and you miss the Bus.

Wishing you a Beautiful Day

Love and Peaches,

from Anne XX

We are pushing back the last bus to 3:45pm, so you should be fine to make it.
