Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
811RV for a close to 2 years solid (one or 2 slip ups, boy I paid for those :). Do a lot of Mono mealing
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Do body weights (3-5 times a week) high intensity,
Bike (wherever I can)
Hike, do day climbs
Swim (good swimmer) good at canoeing
want to challenge myself more in cardio.

Now that the kids are a little older want to become even more active I see this opportunity to really kick-start that.

my wife and 2 kids (girl will be 6 years and boy will be 4 at the time of the festival)
What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?
To meet the pioneers and learn from them both in diet exercise and health (this is a true dream), to partake on the activities and have a blast. To push and test myself physically.
To mingle with some of the friendliest caring people which is the 811 community. My hopes are very high it looks so amazing and I hope my family soaks up the experience so we can move forward towards this lifestyle together.
