Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
Raw vegan since June 2002. Went through many different variations. Currently simple meals of fruits and some veggies, following my body's lead.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Love any and all kinds of physical movement!
Moving my body makes me feel truly alive :)

white sapote, honeydew melons, cantaloupes, Hachiya Persimmons, cherimoya, durian!!!
