Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.

Vegan for 20 years...I have been moving towards a high raw vegan right now so I want to learn more about how to do that.

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.

run about 2 to 5 miles a day, strength training 3 times a week, and do bikram yoga whenever I get a chance. Love roller blading on the beach too! I also love hiking and backpacking and do it whenever I have the time.

Nature: contributing to preserving the environment and protecting animals.
My goal is to make an album (in progress) and raise awareness to the causes I believe in.....and use media for the purpose of transformation and empowerment instead of what it is being used for currently.

Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids? What festival years are you attending?

I am trying to work out coming to the 2012 event.

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?

I want to learn, grow and evolve.... and hang out with like-minded people. I want to get a glimpse of what it looks like when people have been raw for years. It will be nice to get support and talk to people that have successfully transitioned so I can learn from them. I also want to just play and have fun...and I get the sense that it will be a fun group of people!
