Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
Been eating a lot of raw food for six years now, though still transitioning from a standard swedish diet that I tend to fall back to, when I can't get enough nice fruit. The goal is 100 % LFRV. Been experiencing so many health benefits from the LFRV diet! Hope to get a real boozt in the right direction during the festival :)
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I try to do some exercise every day to get my tiny muscles to make some gains. Mostly exercise by using dumbbells.
