Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.

811RV! I've been 811 on and off for a while now, originally went raw in 2008 and was gourmet raw for a full year until all of the fat slowed me down and made me feel miserable. I have been 811 since August 2012 and loving it!

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.

I am running, cycling, and weight lifting 3x week and am improving all the time :)

Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids? What festival years are you attending?

Yes, with my husband Mike Arnesen. Will be at 2013!

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?

I am just so excited for the festival and have been wanting to go for 2 years now! I can't wait to meet other like minded people and eat all of the fruit I want without people saying something negative!
