My focus is achieving an optimal state of happiness and health holistically, naturally and peacefully in every state of being. I simply consciously choose to spend my time doing things I love whether it be in regards to work, rest or play. These days much of my time is devoted to my work passion as a midwife.

I've been vegetarian since 2005 and vegan most of these years. This life-style is very easy for me!! I love, love, love it! I enjoy working in the kitchen making smoothies, juices and other simple raw food preparations.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I particularly enjoy exercising outdoors, surrounded by nature. I also frequent the gym. Some of my favorite sports include: walking, hiking, running, cycling, kayaking, open water swimming, stretching, learning to surf, dancing, endurance challenges
