Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
plant-based. Mostly FRUIT! Not 100% anything, but I usually try to keep my meals simple, humble, colorful, diverse and water-rich. I began this journey about 5 years ago, but have more recently (this past year) experienced many little miracles/shifts in perspective that have rewarded me with more drive to follow this lifestyle.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I love to be outdoors, and I try to keep my exercise regimen fun, like play time. I do enjoy yoga and power walking / jogging, but try to stick to play-like activities like frisbee, swim, hula hoop, dance, etc.
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
banana, orange, cucumber, avocado - I can never decide on a favorite!
My greatest passion and goal in life is...
HEALING. Me, my loved ones, the planet. I promote regeneration and biodiversity. I want to give back to my Mama Earth.
