Plant-based. Mostly FRUIT! Flexitarian/no rules. I usually try to keep my meals simple, humble, colorful, diverse and water-rich. I began this journey as a foodie. It's brought me to all of my passions and hobbies. I aim to enjoy every single beautiful thing that goes in/on my body temple. Enjoying what you eat is the healthiest part about eating well. Enjoying your life is the best way to live. =)
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I love to be outdoors, and I try to keep my exercise regimen fun, like play time. I do enjoy yoga and power walking / jogging, but try to stick to play-like activities like frisbee, swim, hula hoop, dance, etc.
