Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
I have been HCLF vegan for the past 2 years. I am currently transitioning to a raw vegan diet.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Daily toning workouts. Cardio a few times a week. Walking nature trails every couple days. Cycling every other day.
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
Mango, dragon fruit, watermelon, bananas
My greatest passion and goal in life is...
To be the best version of myself possible, to always feel amazing, to nourish my body with the best foods, to help others, to see a vegan world, to travel and experience everything i possibly can, and to make lots of connections and friendships with really wonderful people!
