Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
LFRV with High fat tendencies, a couple times a year i eat meat/cooked, been strictly raw for over two years now.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I do little exercise now that it is winter, in the summer i bike more and run more, I don't really go out of my way to exercise usually it's just get where im going.
