Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
I'm 811RV now and I LOVE it! I feel so great! I have transitioned through vegetarian, vegan, gourmet raw vegan to LFRV and this is the BEST for me.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Run 1 hour/day 5x/week. Yoga 2x/week. Weights & bodyweight workout 2x/week. Bike to work. Hike on weekends.
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
Mango, watermelon, oranges, apples
My greatest passion and goal in life is...
To be a really great example to people around me, especially my family and influence them to eat real, fresh fruits and vegetables and be physically active doing things they love. To spread sunshine to everyone I meet :-)
Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids?
By myself in 2013 for the first time!
What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?
I can't wait to be carefree, outside and active all day, make great new friends who live the 811RV lifestyle and have bounteous fruits and veggies to eat every day with no nasty SAD temptations.
My favorite quote is...
It's never too late to be what you might have been!
