Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.

Sometimes fast on carrot juice or apple juice I eat oats, nuts, and I splurge on cook foods like garbanzo beans, lentils. This helps trying to detox my body with other things.

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.

Well, I use to jog everyday for at least 15 years until about eight months ago when I had a major setback...
