Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.

I am a vegetarian since 2007. In 2009 i found out about the raw vegan diet: i am not very consistent, especially in winter time, but i always eat a high raw vegan diet, not always exclusivley. Sometimes i eat cooked food (pasta and beans, vegetables), dairy products (cheese, no milk or yoghurt), and eggs. Since the weather is becoming hotter i will eat raw, a lot of fruit, vegetables and green juices limitating nuts and seeds and fats :)

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.

I go to the gym 5/6 times a week for 2 hours each day. During summer i love to hike outdoor. Once a week i practice yoga (kundalini;i actually had the luck to attend the very first chris kendall yoga lesson in Costa Rica)

My greatest passion and goal in life is...

be successfull, and by that i mean follow my heart and do my best in everything i do. Go to sleep being satisfied about my day with a smile on my face. My greatest passion is to travel and discover others cultures living the experiences with an open mind.

Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids? What festival years are you attending?

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?

My hope is to live a fantastic week with awesome unkonwn/semi-unknown people that share my ideas of healthy food. Listen to their opinion and living on my personal experience what is working for me. What i am looking for is feeling the amazing vibes of such a big union of vibrating people
