Profile Information

I spend most of my time...: I spend most of my time with other practitioners cultivating a healthy and rewarding life through my love for music vibration (didgeridoo) and Tai-Chi Chuan, particularly the Classical Yang Family style. My aim is to render needed service to all by demonstrating these incredible tools.

Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.: My food intake is basically organic fruits of all kinds that are available to me, and vegetables in the form of salads and juices. Along with some sprouted nuts, seeds and herbs. I stated on this journey about two years ago after having been a vegan for over a decade.

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.: I follow and study The Classical Yang Family Tai-Chi Chuan as taught by Sifu Hyo-Won Gim at NY Tai-Chi institute in New York City.

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?: This upcoming event, first of its kind festival already attracted some light, and open minded people from various walks of life in the vast dreamtime. And, I am looking forward to share space with my brothers and sisters at this wonderful Woodstock fruit festival gathering.
