Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
Been vegetarian for several years, vegan for 3 years, high carb, low fat, transitioning to raw. Essentially raw til 4 right now!
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Workout 6x a week, doing all kinds of activities. I'm a certified spinning instructor, practice yoga, distance runner, and love doing body resistance training and videos!
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
Raspberries or mangos! And banana nice cream!

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?
I would love to learn how to eat fully raw, learn culinary skills, become better educated, as well as connect with like-minded individuals that I can keep in touch with and visit across the country/world! Excited to "rough it" a bit in the Great Outdoors, too!
