Hello everyone,My name is Dustin Wirth and I have been a vegetarian for over a year now. The Woodstock Fruit Festival seems like a very positive, upbeat atmosphere; but I wanted to know what everyone enjoyed most about the event in 2011. What were some of the highlights for you and anything else worth mentioning. I spend most of my time...: Reading books on Health and/or nutrition. Performing Isometric type exercises on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Going to school for Psychology at a local community college. Preparing mentally and physically for my projected deployment in the Michigan Army National Guard.

Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.: Vegetarian for over a year now. Desiring to go further once out of the military.

Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.: Isometric push ups, dips, exerstriding, jogging one mile several times per month.

My favorite food (fruit!) is...: bananas

My greatest passion and goal in life is...: I wish to better myself by reaching a great state of happiness and well-being so that I can one day help others.

Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids? What festival years are you attending?: I plan to attend by myself because I went to the Vegetarian Summerfest in Johnstown, Pennslyvania and loved it there. I believe this event may do even more for me. I plan to attend the festival in 2012.

What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?: My hope is that I am able to gain so much knowledge and see the results for myself that I will be motivated to go 100% raw vegan once I am out of the military. I anticipate to eat raw fruits and vegetables the whole time and see improvements in my current levels of conditioning.
