Researching nutrition and trying to be as fit as I can possibly be. I also play guitar for my own enjoyment.
Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
I've been researching raw foods for over 5 years and have been vegan for 2 and a half years. I had a lot of down falls because there is a lot of bad info out there. Only now do I feel like I am getting somewhere with this lifestyle. I also encountered a B12 deficiency that didn't help with the lifestyle, but I am feeling much better now that I am doing the B12 shots. Planing to start training again and being as active as I can be with the best nutrition that I can find in New-Brunswick Canada :-)
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I did the P90X challenge and have been weight training since I was 21 years old and I am currently 33 years old. I've stopped training for a while because of a lack of energy and stamina due to a B12 Deficiency which I am currently dealing with and plan to start being active again very soon.
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
My greatest passion and goal in life is...
To be and look as healthy as I can to be an inspiration to others and to encourage people to be Vegans.
Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids?
I am going to try to bring my sister to the fruit festival and maybe my mother.
What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?
I want to attend the talks and learn more about how people do in there day to day lifestyle. I also plan would like to learn how to plan my meals during the week for optimal training. I also want to make some connections to have some support in my lifestyle.
My favorite quote is...
Be the change you want to see in this world.
