Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
I've been eating a raw vegan diet for almost 3 years, going from 80/10/10 to LFRV (predominantly sweet fruit). I do my best on a LFRV diet because it is much easier on my digestion, it helps me beat cravings for cooked foods and it gives me the energy that I need during my workouts.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
I'm a very active chick! I run every morning, take spin and Body Blast classes and weight train as well.

To educate others about the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle which can be achieved by following a low fat plant-based diet.
