- 90 + 80/10/10 RV since April 2011. On and off for the past 5 years
- Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
- Cardio kick boxing boot camp classes, other boot camp classes, Bicycling on pavement, urban inline skating,Ice hockey, P90X, push-ups, some weight training, walking. At 51 years of age I regularly keep pace with healthy 26 year olds
