being a Social Work student, running along the river, walking around Ann Arbor, taking naps, talking to family and friends.
Please describe your current diet (e.g. 811RV, Fruitarian, LFRV, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian, transitioning from SAD), how stable it is, and how long you have been eating this way.
811RV. Just started this lifestyle 100% (with some slips along the way!) on April 1, 2012. Have been learning and receiving support from Ellen Livingston and the 30-day raw vegan support group. I plan to keep learning and refining this diet to best support me and my health.
Please describe the type and level of physical exercise that you follow.
Daily morning run (2-4 miles), yoga twice a week, several miles of walking each day.
My favorite food (fruit!) is...
Mangoes and dates
My greatest passion and goal in life is...
To feel healthy and energetic, to practice presence, and to nurture my relationships.
Are you coming to the festival with your family/partner/kids?
I'm currently planning to come by myself, but hopefully with friends from Ann Arbor.
What are your hopes and expectations about this festival? What do you anticipate the most?
I SO look forward to experiencing the support and strength of a LFRV community and taking that support with me back into my daily life. Can't wait to learn more about relevant LFRV topics - this information will support me to stay on this diet and also to explain my choices better to others.
