NO WORRY SIGN UP :) if for any reason you sign up and then can not go to the festival, you have all the way up to July 20th, 2013 to ask for a refund (-3% processing fee). You can also get credit for a future event or you can transfer your ticket to a friend.
So sign up early for better rates, better housing options and to reserve your spot since spaces are going fast!
Accommodations: Cabins and Beds are assigned on 1st come / 1st served basis at registration.
Featuring recently renovated spacious cabins with new wooden bed frames, comfortable new mattresses, ceiling fans, large windows, and new bathrooms. Cabins capacity ranges between 11 and 32 beds (2 sided cabins with 16 bunk beds on each side).

All Co-ed and single sex cabins will be designated by sleeping hour preferences:
"Early to Bed & Early Risers" (quiet hours 9pm-7am)
"Night Owls & Late Risers" (quiet hours 11:30pm-9am)
Admission Fees: The current total admission fee is $1,205, which can be paid in full or via 4 months payment plan with a monthly payment of $301
All prices are inclusive to access to all location facilities, lectures and activities. Also access to unlimited 24hour fruit buffet, 12pm to 9pm salad buffet, and a daily gourmet dinner with Chris Kendall and Megan McDonald. Full time attendees will get access to Video Archives 2011, 2012 as well as 2013!

REFUND POLICY: if for any reason you sign up and can not go to the festival all payments are refundable minus a 3% processing fee until July 20, 2013. After July 20th you can either transfer your TICKET to a friend, or get an IN-HOUSE CREDIT for the full amount of your payment towards a future event. If you have any questions please contact us at
