The sessions can be tailored to suit all ages, and we aim to work and interact with each other using Non-Violent Communication.

After filling yourself with fruit there is full of different sports you can play with friends: Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball, Ping Pong, Ultimate Frisbee, Football, Tennis, Roller hockey, basketball. No need to bring equipment the camp is fully equipped!

For tense muscles, soreness, increased range of motion of joints, previous injuries, tissue adhesions, and stiffness, deep pressure (that is not painful) is used to invite a more comfortable situation into the body.
Joint manipulation and small movements from the client are used in conjunction with massage (sometimes called neuromuscular therapy) to bring further ease into the affected area.
For emotional / mental stress or trauma, slower, soothing techniques are used to bring about a sense of calm and peacefulness.

For those of you who have an established practice, for those who do it on occasion, and for those who would like to try – come and add your energy to our group session every morning from 7:30 am to 8:30 am.
To give yourself time to settle down, please come a few minutes earlier. During meditation session please maintain noble silence and try to minimize any possible distraction to others.
The movements are slow in Vinyasa yoga, and you deepen the breath and slow the breathing rate. By keeping the mind focused on the controlled breath, which leads the movements, you can progress safely and without injury. A state of steady awareness is cultivated, and from this place you can access your natural inner state of peace and joy. Guided meditation and philosophy is included.
The nature of this class will be catered to meet the fitness ability of the attendees. Essentially, each class will be organized into three, increasingly challenging, 30-minute sections. For some folks, the 30 minute warm up will be thoroughly satisfying, and for others, an hour of training will suffice. Should you choose to sit out at any point, you are welcome to observe the remainder of the class, to take notes, or even shoot a bit of video. Classes will tend to focus on body weight exercise, demonstrating Dr. Doug's unique "progressive mechanical disadvantage" concept, utilizing play with partners, and lots of just plain fun. All five facets of fitness will be pronounced, with stress most likely being on highlighting your weak areas and congratulating you on your strong points. Expect to be challenged, have a great time, and to have earned your breakfast by the time you are done. Please, dress for action. You must show up on time. Anyone missing the warm up will not be allowed to participate in the remainder of the class.

We will do cycling sessions and go through the basic bike skills: gear selection, seat height, braking and some essential bike maintenance, such as how to fix a flat tire, etc. You can either bring your bicycle with you or rent one at Mike's Bikes
