Find what interests you and works for you best, don't always follow what others say is best. Only take aspects you can gain health and positive emotions from others advice and leave the rest for them.
Be prepared to go through hard times of mental and physical detoxification and sickness, don't suppress the colds/fevers let them work naturally and feed yourself liquids and warm baths in these times. Never take aspirin or antibiotics which will halt the immune systems reaction.
Above all have fun and enjoy your life!

I have been walking for 1 hour and I usually begin to automatically clean up my diet.
I will do what you told me.
Permalink Reply by Jason Kvestad on March 2, 2012 at 1:41am I hope that your life transitions are going smoothly for you.
Don't forget little things like getting enough water to overcome false hungers and unhealthy urges. Cleansing your colon gradually with high fiber foods and soft acting herbal laxatives, I would not recommend colonics until your diet, lifestyle is very clean.
Goodluck!

Increase the amount of fruit you eat.
Easy. That way if you ever run out of carb cals at least you have some healthy back up options vs going all the way back to SAD like the raw brahs, Daniel Vitalis etc did.

Spend a couple of days eating SAD type vegetarian cuisine. Notice how fulfilled you feel, your level of satisfaction, your energy levels.
Then spend a few days eating slightly more fruit than you can comfortably fit in your belly during each meal. Notice again how fulfilled you feel, your level of satisfaction, your energy levels.
Best of luck!
