Registration

Admission fees are inclusive of all location facilities, lectures, activities, and unlimited fruit and vegetable buffet.

Our full time attendees will get access to the 2011, 2012, and 2013 Video Archives!


Admission Fees Schedule

All Returning Attendees, who attended 1 or more prior festivals as Full Time Paying Participants, get the following Returning Attendee Discounts:
♥ 1 prior festival - $200. discount ♥
♥ 2 prior festivals - $250. discount ♥
To have a discount applied to your admission fee, please email us at WoodstockFruitFestival@gmail.com.
Discounts can only be applied to Shared Cabins, Camping, and Offsite Housing options.
Private Rooms don't qualify for discounts.


 If you are coming with children over 4 years old and staying in a shared cabin, they will please require a separate bed.

 Admission Fees rise on the 1st of each month.

 Participants over 60 years young are getting $250 discount for Shared Cabin, Camping and Offsite Housing.

Step 1:

(If you already have a profile, then proceed to Step 2)

Step 2:
Please fill out the Application, select your housing, and make a minimum payment of $75.

Step 3:
To secure the current admission fee you will need to either pay your balance or to set up a payment plan by the end of this month.

If you qualify for Returning Attendee discount, please email us at WoodstockFruitFestival@gmail.com

(If you do not pay in full or set up a payment plan by the end of the current month, your admission fee will go up according to the Admission Fee Schedule.)

Note:
If you are coming in a group of 2+ adults and would like to make a partial or minimum payment in the time of the application, then each adult will please need to fill out their own separate application.
If you are ready to pay in full, then you can add all adults in your group to the same application.

Accommodations

Our Cabins and Beds are allocated on 1st come, 1st served basis, so please sign up early to ensure your preferred choice.

The spacious cabins have been recently renovated, featuring new wooden bed frames, comfortable new mattresses, ceiling fans, large windows, and new bathrooms. Cabins capacity ranges between 4 and 9.

Offsite participants will be charged the same admission fees as Campers.

Dates

The Woodstock Fruit Festival 2017 will be held
from Sunday, August 20th, to Sunday, August 27th.

Refund Policy

All Admission Fee payments are refundable minus a $75. processing fee per adult (16+) per session and $25. processing fee per child (under 16) per session until July 20th, 2017.
Children with free entries are not charged processing fees.

After July 20th you can get an IN-HOUSE CREDIT for the full amount of your payment towards a future event.
Attendees changing accommodations to lower cost after July 20th will get an IN-HOUSE CREDIT for the difference in price.
IN-HOUSE CREDITs are fully transferable.

All Bedding and Camping Gear is fully refundable until July 20th, 2017.
After July 20th there are no refunds or credit for Bedding and Camping Gear.
