A 100% raw vegan for more than two decades, Don Bennett is the director of the Health 101 Institute, and a Disease Avoidance Specialist.
Don's lectures on the subject of how to have the BEST odds of avoiding degenerative disease and creating robust health are down-to-earth, insightful, informative, and empowering. "The quality of your diet and the other equally important lifestyle factors are directly correlated with your future quality of life. The foods that you enjoy should be foods that your body enjoys too, and those are the foods we're designed to eat. Eat them - correctly - and it's a win-win-win."
For close to a decade now, Dan has thrived on primarily all raw vegan foods with his exuberance, passion, and radiance serving as a living example of what raw foods and real living can do for the human body, mind, and spirit.
Through daily video postings on his LifeRegenerator YouTube channel, Dan connects with people from all walks of life — as their Coach, Teacher, and Raw Food Chef—consistently delivering a healthy dose of his self-deprecating humor, realness, and rawness.
After just six months of posting daily videos on YouTube, Dan took the raw food world by storm when he swept the top three awards at "Best of Raw" for 2009: Best Raw Vegan Educator, Best Raw Vegan Chef, and — most notably — Sexiest Raw Vegan Male!
I came to adopt a fruit diet in 1991, and this way of living has brought so much joy and wonder into my life.
I have raised two very happy and healthy children on this diet, and the enjoyment and pleasure of living with fruit eating children is simply Beautiful and without compare.
My book, 'Fruitarianism: The Path To Paradise', was published in 2009, and is my work on the many benefits and joys of fruit and the Fruit Diet.
I continue to be supremely grateful that the Fruit Diet found me, or I found it. I wish everyone the many blessings and the priceless rewards that are the natural results of eating, loving, and appreciating fruit.

Dr. Robert Lockhart, a drugless physician, 30 years raw fooder and 40 years vegetarian. Has degree in Science (Geology), Agriculture (Tropical fruit growing), Chiropractic and Naturopathy. A natural hygienist.
Dr. Lockhart believes that the only rational and scientific approach to the treatment of any disease is to first remove the cause. Whether the cause happens to be mechanical, chemical or mental in origin, it must be removed or at least ameliorated.
After causal removal, the body and mind should be supplied with their normal natural requirements such as natural foods, pure water, fresh air, ample vigorous exercise, periodic relaxation, restful sleep and a positive constructive mental attitude. In serious cases we need physical rest, mental rest and physiological rest. Given the right conditions, healing is automatic.
